ALE performed the successful load-out of a 700te ship section on the Den Breejen yard, Hardinxveld-Giessendam, Netherlands.
Before the load-out, ALE used nine climbing jacks to jack up the ship section before being positioned on SPMT's.
During rising tide, the trailers with the ship section were driven onto the barge.
After lowering the ship section onto supports, the trailers were lowered and removed. The barge was then towed to a suitable location for submerging and float off.
The whole project, including mob-demob, jack-up and load- out took ALE five days.
