Load-in and transport of three modules for the INPEX Ichthys Onshore LNG Project, Australia

Overview
ALE has loaded-in and transported three modules to their final position for the INPEX Ichthys Onshore LNG Project in Darwin, Australia.

 

Services Required
The three modules compromised of one stair tower, one platform and one sphere, which weighed 600t.

ALE received the modules and transported them to site using 32 axle lines of SPMT in a 16 row, 4-file V-shape configuration. Usually, trailers are configured in parallel, and this is the first time ALE have utilised the trailers in this V-shape formation in Australia.

The modules were then installed in their final positions. The moves were conducted over two days.
